My family are heading off to the Lake District tomorrow morning for a week so I have a free house, yeeeooo. So can everyone post when they're not working so I can arrange a partaaay that suits everyone.

job progress:
have found some temp. work.
on tuesday morning had an induction for a packing job in a factory that makes masking tape
yesterday worked in a canteen and it was so freakin hot.

Bronagh, if it's any consolation I don't have a job either. I thought I had a job sorted at that smoothie place, but when I called to say I was back and I could start she said that she was overstaffed so couldn't take me on after all. Biyatch! So it's back to square one. I'm well pissed off!

life sucks, i'm the most unemployable person in bangor and last week i looked after 4 kids for 4-5 days and my sister looked after them for about 10 hrs and insisted on stealing 1/3 of what i got paid cos she started moaning. she got paid a third for a quarter of the work. grrr.
deborah, the gym is a good way to past the time for the unemployed like us. think i might go swimming today.
one highlight of my week though went to see a take that tribute band called fake that on sunday night. genius. except they didn't look anything like them. they reminded me of take that's strange gay image in the late eighties.

Also joined comber gym today and as i was joining met jacky's harbinson's mum and older brother aidan, working out together, ugh it horrible, i just had to run away.

hey guys sorry i havent blogged for ages, ive just been reading them. mmm trying to think whats been happening, just working a helluva lot and not been too well . actually it all started after the horse party, dont think i was quite up to the outdoorsy coldness but was still fab-u-lous. have some great photos and bron, some classics from manc! aidenn yeah thanks so much for the postcard, it was really really sweet! and i was also sucked in by the advertising campaign of nacho libre but i shall not go c it now. however, the new pirates of the carrabean (yeah whatever) is very good. cant believe its like only 12 days til my sister gets married. very strange. and then holiday! celebrate! all madness. god sorry my lifes been so boring i cant think of anything thats happeneed. oh wait i passed my exams. i actually cudnt believe it had to get my mum to check for me. even that one i completely spazzed up the dates on! mental but just very relieved. anyway i shall return when i have more news. over and out.

Yeah I think my friend Celeste said she saw that show and she's now convinced that it was the US govt. Scary!

I went to a drive in movie the other night and it was so cool. We saw Cars, the new Pixar movie and twas fun-a-licious. But the second movie was Nacho Libre, the new Jack Black film, and I don't know if they've started advertising it back at home yet but know this: it looks kinda fun on the movie posters, but it's actually the crappest crap that ever crapped. Don't see it, it really is awful. It's like they were trying to be Napoleon Dynamite but it was actually cringeworthy. Anyway, we drove out in the middle, none of us could sit through it. So that's you warned!

well the plan for today is to chase up on people who said they'd phone me back and they didn't. its so bad that i'm running out of jobs to apply for.
i watched this film thing last night about sept 11 and it was really shocking. it wasn't your sensationalist michael moore stuff but basically there's loads and loads of evidence that the 911 attacks were carried out by the US govt. and not supposed terrorists. it makes loads of sense cos basically america could do whatever the feck it wanted and just used 911 to justify it. it showed all the news coverage on the day and all the people near the twin towers said they heard loads of explosions and if you look carefully at the footage you can see explosions going on in the building which brought the towers down, it wasn't the planes. basically the towers collapsing cos of a crash and a fire defies all the laws of science. and there was no plane crash at the pentagon cos all the eyewitnesses said they didn't see a plane crash into the building, that was done by bombs as well and then they faked the plane crash by putting some plane debris there, about 2 pieces and they screwed that up cos the 2 pieces of debris that they found didn't match the type of plane that supposedly crashed into the building. and the guy who owned the world trade centre conveniently insured it for about a billion million pounds from acts of terrorism like a week before. there's loads more stuff as well.
but oh wait there's the fbi storming through the door to carry me off.

Seriously though, you do not want a cleaning job. Why don't you try The Stables in Groomsport (a restaurant, not a horsey place as I originally thought)? I know it's a bit of a trek but my mum asked for me and they said there's always work over summer (esp for students), so I'm gonna apply there when I come home - we might end up worlking together! You've got catering and hospitality experience, why not give it a go? Also I can ask at my smoothie place if they've got jobs when I start there and put in a good word for you if u like.
