i've ended up with TWO copies of the take that cd. aahh. cos my sister got me one and daryl bought me the other one. he also got me the take that dvd. yay! dette i have the coolest present ever that i think you will be verrrry jealous about. chitty chitty bang bang collector's edition. in a box, with a special edition 2 disc dvd, a cd of the songs which has a special recording of michael ball singing hushabye mountain and a mini model of chitty chitty bang bang. its like all my christmas dreams have come true.

hey, yes i am home but also very sick so spent all of yesterday lying in bed. don't believe it, escaped from all types of sickness at uni and as soon as i get home it gets me. ahh. will try and get better so i can go to limers on tuesday. everyone going? is anybody going to the carol service thing at school to see what the new chambo is like post-mccrisken? don't know, but may have to go cos my sister needs a lift. will have to drive to limers cos have NO money but we got a new car, a mini jeep. i was so scared driving it for the first time cos haven't driven in ages and the indicators were on the other side so i kept hitting the wipers whenever i needed to turn. but it has a cd player and electric windows! wow moving into the 21st century finally. but only room for 2 in the back. yep, kerri am going to prize giving on thursday. will see ya there, just hope mr. allen doesn't make some crappy speech.

On Friday im gonna sleep for a while, go to an all nighter at sankeys, which i have to leave at about quarter past four in the morning to get my train at 5.20am. so hope i dont miss it. anyway sees yous all soon, bye.

Hey, Deborah stop slagging me off, its Jackie you should be slaggin off!! And actually while we're on the subject, i really have no idea where she's gone, i haven't seen her in about 3 weeks- not that i'm complaining! I did not hear that about Lucy, bit scandalous if it is, did see her sister Gemma working in Argento in Tempest, and not to be too mean but she looks like the pregnant one, she's put on soooo much weight. Anyway i haven't been here for ages cause my house was burgled, yes that's right, scared the shit out of me, but anxiety levels are down now and we got an alarm so i feel better. Part of it is funny though, they stuffed all the expensive jewellry into one of those fluerescent socks that you get on flights to the States, but whatever happened, i found it at tthe bottom of a pile of clothes at like 1am after the police and the csi guy had gone(go me i should be a detective), so they got away with nothing- oh, but we haven't found the other sock, so the eijit's must have taken the wrong one!
Are any of ya's goin to the prize day, i don't know if i can go, it's on the 22nd

hey sorry havnt post in ages its mainly due to the fact i have nothing of intrest to report no major scandels or funy foybles(sp) just shit belfast same old same old. But wats everyone doing for newyear?im thinking limelight? oh yes this might qualify as intresting ive have applied for camp america to teach kids how to ride horses, paid for my appilcation went to the interview and everything was great but i think i just didnt think it through the more i think about it the more i dont wanna go to america. i mean i still want to travel and as my rejections pile up from ucas,possibly even take a gap year to conservation projects in afrcia or south america. I just dont want to waste my summer working with wat i always work with, horses. but im a little mental right now due to repeats,wishing i was finally legal(ive been to abillion 18th party and mine is still over 3months away!) and counting the days till school ends not to mention missing everyone :( I almost bought keeley a u2 zoo tour hat for comic reasons the hat was shit but i know how much keeley is obcessed yes obcessed with bono lol

hey, why are you all going home so early? my flight's on saturday, so i'll have to see about ski bunny. also definitely won't be able to go to yours first helen as think it might be a bit rude to just leave my house as soon as i get back. haven't seen anyone since sept. also have to find out about this family party thing. i can't believe how much work i have to hand in this week. got french c'work to hand in on wed. which hasn't even started and then a french grammar exam and loads of seminar prep. for thurs and other french work. aahh. don't know if i'm gonna have time to do it all either cos working on monday night which is my last shift. if we reach our target of $30,000 we get a christmas party, think we're on about $25,000. also am doing graduation work on tues and wed. which should be all right cos you just have to put stuff on chairs. etc. will definitely be living on lidl's soup this week as have no money. shit. just at daryl's at the min. we went to see narnia yesterday. its good but the kids are really annoying. also its only increased my love for aslan. going back to manc. tomorrow morning.
my sister's really annoyed with me cos she paid 80 quid for her coldplay ticket on e bay and daryl managed to get 2 ones for free so will be going to see them in belfast on the 21st i think. haha. will just have to turn around the other way so i can't actually look at chris martin.

well louise loves jackie its the just the norm now. anyway eimear told michael that apparently lucy was pregnant to a 24 year old or something, im not too sure of the age, and apparently also she lost the baby at three months or so. i find it hard to believe to be honest, ive heard some bullshit from her in the past. but dont spread it around any way because im not too sure of all the details and of whether or not it is actually true or not.

What about Lucy? And why would Louise be hangin' wit Jackie? Argh, just about to start packing, it's kinda mad cos I have so much to do. My room is the biggest state and I haven't even started packing yet! Scary biscuits. Have had a crazy week, was singing in Canterbury Cathedral on Tuesday and it was lovely. All the lights were turned off at the start and we had a candlelight procession. Plus there was a gospel choir which I wanna join but it's at the same time as regular choir. Ah well! I won the election btw (not difficult) so I am officially the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered officer for Christ Church University, yey! Well I can't wait to see you all on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday. I'm staying in the Generator Hostel near Kings Cross Station. Dette, can I come over and have a look at your flat on Monday or Wednesday? I'll cook for you! I just wanna see where yr livin and stuff (plus the £100 Christmas tree!). Annie, I will meet up with you guys in town on Monday if that's okay. Also, am well up for Narnia on Wednesday, as long as it's not too late cos I hafta get up rilly early on Thursday for my plane. All my flatmates have left except Becky (well Laura's leaving as we speak) and it's quite sad, the house is all empty and Becky is going to take down our Christmas decorations before she goes so we don't have to do it when we get back. *sniff sniff*

ok about monday night, i have a big assessment on tues so i'll be working al weekend and prob doing an al nighter on mon to get my work done. my art wil be everywhere so im really sorry but i wont be able to be hostess...then on wed i have 2 pack (yes i have 2 pack on my birthday!) cos im going home on thurs.

however, me and my flatmate mon and some other people were talking of going to see narnia on wed so if u's r up 4 it it'd be realy nice 2 c everyone...and dette dinner somewhere sounds lovely!!!

hey, i'm freaking out cos have this big essay thing to hand in tomorrow and in library meant to be doing it now and haven't started it. ahh. still a bit annoyed about take that. i may have to resort to e bay. but went to see rufus wainwright on friday night and it was amazing, he's such a good performer and so adorable and he did this really funny dance thing i wasn't expecting. its all christmassy here and i'm excited cos we have a big christmas ball thing in a couple of thursdays at this big fancy hotel so i need to go and buy a dress. think there's a few christmas parties as well, and my flat is gonna cook a big giant xmas dinner. yay! ahh made a fool of myself, as i always do, cos was somehow convinced to see the dirty dancing theme at the karoeke night (no i can't spell it) in our halls. i sang it with one of my flatmates but she kept hiding behind her glass of wine. did some stupid dance in the middle of it as well.
i'm going home on 17th, in the afternoon. apparently have to go to some thing for my granny's 18th so i'll see how it goes. probably can't drive over xmas cos my dad got a new car and he probably won't let me use it for about three years.

hee hee the weirdest thing happened the other day, was getting on the tube and saw hannah greenwood and before i could stop myself i shoulted out " hey i went to school with u" - such an idiot - she really didnt have a clue who i was for ages. but funny all the same. its so weird here, u never see people u know. oh went ice skating last nite at te tower of londond, was soo cool all lit up and christmassy. yay. also my crazy crazy friends decided it would be a great idea to buy a whole christmas tree for their room - it cost £100 and they had to sneak it in without telling the reapps and had to walk down this big main thoroughfare carrying a christmas tree and its about 9foot. so crazy, u can see it from their room. but its lovely , all decorated and stuff. yay - christmas. also aideen , can u tell me what happening about when ur coming to london for ben folds cos even though im not able to go i HAVE to see u guys, its been ages. and o dont know whats going to happen about the sleeping arrangements cos my room is tiny, max of one person can stay. i know some really nice places we can go out for a meal. also what venue is it in - brixton?

Yeah so while we were cooking dinner, the alarm went off 5 times!!! And basically when the alarm goes off every house in your row has to evacuate and the house who set off the alarm has a flashing light outside it so everyone knows who the culprits are. So basically by the time it got to the third of fourth evacuation in the space of ten minutes, everyone was giving us the dirtiest looks ever! It was sooo funny.

Long time no see y'all! I'm getting a little big homesick now, I can't wait to get back and see yis all! Bron, that's shitty about Take That. Perhaps we could do a special tribute concert for you? That would be fun!

I was at a house party last week. Quite random really, went out with my friend Celeste for a few drinks and then her friend Emma joined us, who'd just finished working and some lads who she served asked her to go to their house party, so she asked us to go wth her. So we did! It was amusing. Anyway, Helen, I met a girl who apparently lives in the same halls as you in flat number six (I think)! Her name's Marina and she's got long brown hair, she says she knows who you are but hasn't spoken to you. Do you know who I'm talking about? Tis a small world! Anyhoo, I was ridiculously drunk at the party, almost vomited in taxi home.

I've had a busy few weeks, I've done absolutely no work for uni (had an exam today which I failed to turn up to - whoops!) particularly french. I've done a fair wee bit for FRTV though, practically edited our last project all by myself! I'm running for LGB officer in our student council elections, wish me luck although I hope I'm not taking on too much! I've also been busy setting up a feminist group in Canterbury, got a few members so far and hoping to run a few seminars/workshops in January. Also, in the choral society we're singing in Canterbury Cathedral on Tuesday which should be fun!

My flatmates and I are having Christmas dinner tonight cos it's the only time we're all free. It should be fun, I'll take a few pictures to show you what they look like.

One of our flatmates is moving out so we're getting a new flatmate, and it's a boy! The horror! He came to meet us the other day and he is sooooo hot and really sweet too. Me, Becky and Laura all fancy him, but Becky and Laura both have boyfriends and I don't so muahahaha!!!

Anyway, can't wait to see you all next week. I'm doing work experience with some tv company on the day of the Ben Folds concert, from 7am til 7pm!!! And the doors open at 7pm, so I'll be a wee bit late. We all have to meet up on Monday 12th. Also, can we go to Skibunny on the 17th? PLEASE? I might go back to Villa Toscana during the hols (look at me I've turned in Enid Blyton) so wont have many Saturdays free. So can we pretty please? When's everyone flying home?
