D'oh. Now i have to revise for french and that makes me sad. i wish i was swooning over connor instead. my life is so boring at the minute, that i'm tempted to watch big brother live. derek is actually the funniest person ever to have existed on this earth. even funnier than willy loman, that comic genius. is oedipus a real person by the way? cos i wrote that he was. what's that who left for the toilet during the exam? junior, hmmm hmmm?

okay so last nite i was horrified to know that some sort of embarrassing picture of me, drunk on keeleys floor lurked here but i cant see it
and i was so intrigued. Oh yea also never tell aideen any funny stories ever!!!!!!!she will take like a pyscotic episode on you and every1 around you by taking offence and going on one hell of a feminist crusade. To say i was scared dosnt quite cover it.Also how fucking amazing was that gig last nite my god me and aideen saw connor's limo drive by which we chased after, good times good times,eh aideen also i feel i must apoligise again to logan who i accidently (i must stress the accidentlal factor) exposed her to the general viewing public............sorry logan.

Annie came over to revise synoptic stuff today, and we got nothing done revise-wise (hey, that rhymes). We did, however, manage to scoff mini muffins a-plenty, as well as design Annie's flower tattoo. So, a very productive day for all.

You would think, in light of such frivolity having taken the place of actual revision, I would try to catch up tonight, especially considering I will be away from home for much of tomorrow (orchestra in morning, out with Cassie in the afternoon (a second first date you might say), then on to Thrills gig straight afterwards). No siree. I'll have you know that Scrubs starts in half an hour. Then there's Will & Grace, then god knows what else. So the only things I wont be doing this evening are:

a) revision

b) watching Big Brother(fucker)

So yes, I am screwed next week. YEEEEEOOOOO!!!!!

Hello, found my way onto this new blog thing. oh the new fangled technology.
matthew please go to manchester! i'm scared deborah won't go either and then i will be all on my owny oh. it'll be loads of fun, and you won't miss home cos you get loads of time off for holidays, three months or more in the summer. I'm bored of Belfast already! i think you'll regret it if you don't go away, queens will be an extended version of school with less people. lets face it all the best people at home won't be here in september, that includes annie, aideen, helen, dette, deborah and of course moi-meme. Since nobody seems to have a clue how to log in here or anything, here's a little how-to for you:

1. Go to www.blogger.com. In the top right hand corner there is a logging in thingy. Type the username and password (same as before) into the respective boxes. Click the signing in thingy.

2. This will open up a homepage. Under the heading "Dashboard" and then "Blogs", there is a link to this blog. It says "Chickennnnugge..." if you're having trouble finding it, numbskull. Click on that.

3. This will open up a page with a table of the 5 most recent posts in it. Above the table on the left there is a button saying "Create new post". Click there.

4. In the box named "Title", type your name. Then type your main post in the big box.

5. Ta-daaaah!!!

6. If you want to view the post, click the "View Blog" tab at the top.

hey i also think you should go, most people are going away and i think you are predicted lots of As in your A levels so if you really didnt like it you could leave and reapply to queens. i think that you won't know until you go and you might always be thinking what if? if you dont go. i intend to travel to Mad chester a good few times if that helps. just take a chance. belfast is already getting pretty old.

Matt, this is my highly subjective view (I can't wait to leave and can't understand people who want to stay) but if anyone understands confusion it's me, so here goes:
Go. To. Manchester.
1) A substantial amount of the people you know are going away. If you stay at home you wont avoid leaving them, just some people. If you go to Manchester, seeing as half our year's going there you'll see them almost every day. Plus Helen and Dette will be 2 1/2 hours away in London, and I will be able to travel easily to London too, so we can all have big get togethers in the Capital!
2) University is a rite of passage of sorts. It's where you stop being a child and become an almost fully fledged independant adult. If you live in Belfast you'll still have a bit of adolescent umbilical cord left there but you need to cut those ties! Plus Northern Ireland's so bloody insular (I love it here, really *cough*) but Manchester's so metropolitan, it'll be a real growing experience for you, you'll expand your horizons much more than if you stayed here. You really need to have new experiences, these are really important years.
3) Queen's Student Union is ugly. (it *is* Queens you were thinking of, isn't it?)
4) You'll be thrown in at the deep end with no mammy to sort you out, it's the best thing for ya.
I will think of more reasons the more I know about your condition

Just a had mad crazy panic attack. On my own, with a broken arm. About the ucas, I really want to go to manchester but don't know if I can go through with it. I would actually miss home too much, but I know I should go away forthe advantages. So I'm doing some hyper crazy research.
I actaully have never been so confused, I went up to school to give a note to Mrs Knight and when I was going in I saw loadsa people leaving. I would be leaving people I've actually known forever and thats really hard. Can't beleive I'm saying this seeing as I want to move to America when I'm older.
If anyone has any constructive help please post. I don't want any 'hardcore-softcore' insults cos that won't help me but just make me spiral into a spiral of even more confusedness.

Me and Debs where in school yesterday (wednesday) for eng, but at least it gave us a chance to catch up on the picture daily. bad news, they mad it smaller to make room for su doku, so crappy more like. I got them within 30 secs, piece of piss. the picture daily, not the su doku which are actually real life impossible.
Still haven't replied to ucas yet, which I should really get round to but haven't. I bet I miss the deadline.
I'm going in to school tomo if any of you folk singers are going to be there, and if not why not?

Hey my fellow trampies, what's the haps? ( i think matthew mullan said that one day and has never ever lived it down). i decided not to revise luke's gospel and i should probably read it first, so i'll just spend my time unconstructively online. First of all, matthew, please sue mr. allen for gross negligence, i'll be your lawyer. that screws his idea of "controlled fun". that's a paradox in itself or is it an oxymoron? the coop wouldn't be too happy with me or damoid. Annoyed he wasn't there, you could have bump n' grinded with him matthew. this day has been so much better than normal mondays, i really think i hate school and have decided some teachers simply do not have souls and are just robots. except mr. mccrisken, aww i think he really liked that chambo thing, also curse you logan for making me buy chips and making me pile on the pounds. whenever i'm morbidly obese and live in a wheelchair in the state of texas, it's not mc donalds i'm sueing, it will be you and i'll have to go on dates with fellow morbidly obesers. curses. has anyone else actually used this log thing apart from aideen and matthew. yes and now me. annie will use it soon, but helen and dette just use their time far too well to type rubbish. i think deborah could be persuaded, i might post this really drunken e-mail she sent me one night. just for the hilarity. also yay pete doherty! yous are all jealous now.

Yeah, how are you Matthew? Life sucks doesn't it? Will you be able to do your exams okay?
After the muck up day, Bronagh took Dette, Annie and Helen into town and left me and Debs to wait for the bus for three quarters of an hour in our damp jackets. We met them in Crescent Park and we all just sat there in the sun for ages and it was lovely. At which point I should mention - YOU PRICKS! I *did* get sunburnt after all. Even with my sunscreen on, which apparently I didn't need, did I? Hmm?
Also went Rusty Zipping, and got this rockin bodice thingy which was originally from Karen Millen (= very expensive) for a tenner and a burgundy lacy skirt to go with it. Plus scarves. Yeo!
For posterity's sake, some reflections on Thursday night's leaver's do:
- Kill the folk group
- Humans are stupid, according to God
- Matthew, next time you feel like gyrating on the dance flo' with someone, try not to pick a teacher. Granted, Miss Connolly's not too bad at thon dirty dancing, but still...
- Sheila, Kieran Sloan : get a room
- Ewww. Mr. Cowan thinks Helen McLoughlin is beautiful and wouldn't mind a bit of "rough 'n' tumble" with her *shudders*
- Cosmopolitan cocktails rock the casbah, especially when people buy you them for no good reason other than it's the leaver's do and they're blocked
- Annie, next time we're out and they play Amerie when we're out, you'd better be there to dance with me, bitch.
